Michela Meazza

Michela was born in Piacenza, Italy and trained at London Studio Centre, the Gulbenkian Course and the Advanced Professional Course with Aterbaletto.

Main stage credits include: for New Adventures: Lana in the original cast and recent revival of The Car Man (London, UK 2007 and London, UK, Europe 2000-02), Joyce Monroe in the original cast of Edward Scissorhands (London, UK, US, Japan, Korea 2005-07), Play Without Words (NT, UK, Tokyo, NYC, LA, Moscow 2002-05), Nutcracker! (London, UK, US 2002-05-07), Cinderella (London, LA 1998-99), and Swan Lake (London, LA, NYC 1996-99).

Michela’s other stage credits include: Three for the Cholmondeleys, Wish I Was Real for the Jan Push Company and Romeo and Juliet for English National Ballet. TV/film credits include: The Golden Bowl (Merchant-Ivory) with choreography by Karole Armitage and Too Real, selected at the Edinburgh Film Festival.

Other work includes: Alexander McQueen Fashion Show in Paris and Garreth Pugh for Fashion East. Michela has choreographed for a short film and a music video.
